2023 REPORTS ON SCIENTIFIC PROGRAM (SP) 16 "SUNFLOWER" AND SP 17 "PLANT GENETIC RESOURCES"

On January 30, 2024, at a meeting of the Plant Production Department of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine, the SP 16 head, Doctor of Agricultural Sciences, Professor, NAAS Academician Viktor Kyrychenko presented a report on SP 16 “Sunflower: Basics of Production Process Management" (Sunflower)”.

The speaker emphasized the great work performed by the executors regarding the theoretical justification and determination of effective measures for sunflower production management, which include plant breeding, production, and seeding activities.

The work within the SP 16 projects in 2023 was appreciated.

 

On January 30, 2024, at the meeting of the Plant Production Department of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine, the SP 17 head, Candidate of Agricultural Sciences, Senior Researcher Oleh Tryhub presented a report on SP 17 "Formation and Use of Plant Genetic Resource Bank (Plant Genetic Resources)".
