Meeting of the Scientific Coordination Board on the organizational issues of the activities of the interregional scientific centers of NAAS

 On March 23, Director of the Plant Production Institute named after V.Ya. Yuriev of NAAS Kobyzieva Liubov Nykyforivna, Doctor of Agricultural Sciences took part in a meeting of the Scientific Coordination Board on the organizational issues of the activities of the interregional scientific centers of NAAS, which was chaired by the NAAS President, NAAS Academician Hadzalo Yaroslav Mykhailovych.

 The participants heard the report of the NAAS Vice President, NAAS Academician Hladii Mykhailo Vasylovych "On the Results of the Interregional Scientific Centers’ Activities in 2020" and reports of the Heads of the Northern, Southern, Central, Eastern and Western Interregional Scientific Centers of NAAS on organizational, coordination and scientific activities in 2020 and objectives for the future. The meeting was held remotely, it was also attended by heads and staff of institutions that are parts of the regional sections of the interregional centers.

 Director of the Plant Production Institute named after V.Ya. Yuriev of NAAS Kobyzieva L.N., as Head of the Eastern Interregional Center of NAAS, presented a report on its activities in 2020 and proposals to increase the interregional scientific centers’ role and to make testing procedures and implementation of completed scientific achievements more efficient.

 Based on the report discussion results, the Scientific Coordination Board evaluated the 2020 activities of the interregional scientific centers of NAAS, defined effective ways to improve the efficiency of their work, set objectives for the future and approved an action plan for 2021.
