MEETING OF THE SCIENTIFIC COORDINATION COUNCIL ON ORGANIZATION OF THE ACTIVITIES OF INTERREGIONAL SCIENTIFIC CENTERS OF NAAS

On June 30, 2022, the Deputy Director for Research, Production and Economic Activities of the Plant Production Institute named after V.Ya. Yuriev of NAAS, Candidate of Agricultural Sciences Ohurtsov Yurii Yevhenovych, participated in the online meeting of the Scientific Coordination Council on the organization of the activities of interregional scientific centers of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine "On the Results of the 2021 Activities of Interregional Scientific Centers and Further Objectives".

He presented a report on the organizational, coordinating, and scientific-methodical activities of the Eastern Interregional Scientific Center of NAAS (EIRSC NAAS), which includes scientific institutions, higher educational institutions, experimental farms, and state public organizations of the Kharkivska, Sumska, Donetska, and Luhanska Oblasts.

The report covered the results of the coordinating work of the Plant Production Institute named after V.Ya. Yuriev of NAAS as the main institution of the EIRSC; information on innovations of the Center members was given; special attention was paid to the results of the implementation of scientific and technical achievements in agribusiness of the relevant regions aimed at socio-economic development of rural areas.
