MEETING OF THE COORDINATION AND METHODOLOGICAL COUNCIL ON RESEARCH PROGRAM 17 "FORMATION AND USE OF PLANT GENETIC RESOURCE BANK” (PLANT GENETIC RESOURCES)

On November 14, 2022 at the Plant Production Institute named after V.Ya. Yuriev of NAAS, an online meeting of the Coordination and Methodical Council on research program 17 "Formation and Use of Plant Genetic Resource Bank" (Plant Genetic Resources) was held. Supervisors and responsible executors of the projects within research program 17 "Plant Genetic Resources" from 28 NAAS scientific-research institutions were present, totally number 43 participants. Olha BEZUGLA, Leading Researcher, Candidate of Agricultural Sciences, gave a talk "Significance of the National Collection of Grain Legumes for the World Community." The Program and CMC Head, Candidate of Biological Sciences, Viktor RIABCHUN reported on the results of implementation of research program 17 with presentation "Status of the National Plant Gene Bank of Ukraine at the end of 2022." The implementation of research program 17 projects was analyzed.
