Award delivery ceremony for winners of State Awards of Ukraine in science and technology

On May 18, 2021, there was a solemn award delivery ceremony for the winners of the 2020 State Awards of Ukraine in science and technology.

For the work "High-Yielding Corn Hybrids" (selection, biology, seed production), the research team consisting of Cherchel V.Yu., Doctor of Agricultural Sciences, Dziubetskyi B.V., Doctor of Agricultural Sciences, Kyrpa M.Ya., Doctor of Agricultural Sciences, Bodenko N.A., Candidate of Agricultural Sciences, Satarova T.M., Doctor of Biological Sciences (SE Institute of Grain Crops NAAS), Lavrynenko Yu.O., Doctor of Agricultural Sciences (Institute of Irrigated Agriculture NAAS), Chernobai L.M., Doctor of Agricultural Sciences (Plant Production Institute nd.a. V.Ya. Yuriev NAAS); and Stasiv O.F., Candidate of Economical Sciences (Institute of Agriculture of the Carpathian Region NAAS) were awarded the State Award of Ukraine in science and technology. The awards were handed out by the President of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Head of the Committee on State Awards of Ukraine in Science and Technology Anatolii ZAHORODNII and Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine Serhii SHKARLET.

Congratulations to Larysa Mykolaivna Chernobai, Doctor of Agricultural Sciences, Head of the Laboratory of Corn Breeding and Seed Production of the Plant Production Institute nd.a. V.Ya. Yuriev, and the research team with the honorary title of Winner of the State Award of Ukraine in science and technology!
