VISITING SESSION OF THE METHODICAL COMMISSION OF THE PLANT PRODUCTION INSTITUTE NAMED AFTER V.YA. YURIEV NAAS FOR APPROVAL OF FIELD EXPERIMENTS ON WINTER AND SPRING CROPS

On June 13, 2023, an on-site meeting of the methodical commission of the Plant Production Institute named after V.Ya. Yuriev of NAAS was held for approval of field experiments on winter and spring crops, which are conducted within fundamental and applied scientific projects.

The heads of the Institute’s research units presented experimental plots, provided information on their compliance with the work programs and conduction of studies for the first half of the year. They also told about implementation of completed scientific developments.

The Methodical Commission distinguished experimental and seed plots with high efficiency of plant-protecting measures. Active discussion highlighted several problematic issues regarding field experiments that require urgent solutions.
