Field Meeting of the Methodological Commission of the Yuriev Plant Production Institute of NAAS on the Acceptance of Field Experiments

On June 12, 2026, a field meeting of the Methodological Commission of the Yuriev Plant Production Institute of NAAS was held to evaluate and accept field experiments conducted within fundamental and applied research projects.

Heads of the Institute's research departments presented the experimental plots, detailed their alignment with approved work programs, and highlighted the impact of this year’s agro-climatic conditions on crop performance. Researchers focused their attention on key challenges in research execution and the practical implementation of scientific outputs.

Postgraduate students of the Institute presented their field experiments plots and reported on the progress of their individual scientific research plans.

During the field evaluation, the Methodological Commission paid special attention to compliance with field experimentation methodologies, identified and discussed operational issues, outlined ways to refine research procedures, and prepared guidelines for consideration by the Institute's Academic Council.
