Celebration of the 140th of Moisey Mykhailovych Volf’s Birth at the State Level

On October 8, 2021 at the Plant Production Institute named after V.Ya. Yuriev of NAAS, a memorial plaque was unveiled in honor of the 140th anniversary of the birth of a prominent scientist, public figure and organizer of the agriculture in Ukraine - Moisey Mykhailovych Volf.

The event was attended by Kobyzieva Liubov Nykyforivna, director of the Plant Production Institute named after V.Ya. Yuriev of NAAS, Kyrychenko Viktor Vasyliovych, Member of the NAAS Presidium, Verhunov Viktor Anatoliiovych, Director of the National Scientific Agricultural Library of NAAS, Muraieva Valeriia Olehivna, Deputy Chairman of the Kharkiv Regional Council, Fedyshyna Oksana Serhiivna, Head of the Department of Agricultural Development of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration, Fedosieieva Svitlana Volodymyrivna, Deputy Chairman of the Nemyshliany District Administration of the Kharkiv City Council, Oleksandr Mykolaiovych Shmyhol, Chairman of the Vilkhivka United Territorial Community.

A solemn meeting of the staff of the Plant Production Institute named after V.Ya. Yuriev of NAAS dedicated to the 140th anniversary of the birth of Moisey Mykhailovych Volf, with awarding of the team and the best employees of the Institute was held in the small hall of the Institute. Attendees could visit the book exhibition “Life and Career of Professor M.M. Volf”.
