MONITORING OF THE FIELDS OF CULTIVARS BRED AT THE YURIEV PLANT PRODUCTION INSTITUTE OF NAAS

On June 19, 2024, Acting Director of the Yuriev Plant Production Institute of NAAS, Doctor of Agricultural Sciences Leonov Oleh Yuriiovych visited Ustymivka Experimental Station of Plant Production of Yuriev Plant Production Institute of NAAS, which is located in the Hlobynskyi District of the Poltavska Oblast. Together with Director of the Station, Yurii Viktorovych Kharchenko and Deputy Director for Research Tryhub Oleh Volodymyrovych, he inspected the experimental and seed fields of cereals and grain legumes bred by the Institute: winter wheat, winter rye, spring barley, and pea, as well as fields of collections of wheat and sunflower relatives. He analyzed the field condition and noted the high level of farming techniques to ensure the fulfillment of the genetic potentials of the cultivars.
