FIELD DAY-2025

On June 19, 2025, the Acting Director of the Institute, Oleh Yuriiovych Leonov, took part in the Field Day-2025, which was held at Poltava State Agricultural Experimental Station named after M.I. Vavilov and the State Enterprise "Experimental Farm Stepne" of the Institute of Pig Breeding and Agro-Industrial Production of NAAS (, Stepne Village, Poltavskyi District).

The event was attended by representatives of the regional and district military administrations, directors of NAAS institutions, representatives of private companies – manufacturers of agricultural products.

Visitors of the event inspected plots of early cereals grown with different technologies of soil cultivation and various doses of fertilizers, plant protectors and seed dressers. Leonov O.Yu. presented novel cereal cultivars bred by the Yuriev Plant Production Institute of NAAS.

The participants had opportunities to communicate and exchange experiences with leading specialists, scientists and breeders.
