Yunika is superior to the check cultivar in terms of carotenoid content - 1.87 mg/kg (+1.01 mg/kg). The total pasta score is 5.6 (+ 1.5). Unlike classic emmer, Yunika shows minor hoodness (17%), which makes it suitable for mechanized sowing and harvesting with conventional agricultural equipment.
